LAWRENCE ANDERSON | Executive Vice President
Lawrence Anderson has more than 40 years of retail real estate experience and an impressive array of satisfied customers and clients.
After a graduating from LIU Post in 1972, where he was a starting wide-out receiver for their nationally ranked Football team, Anderson began his retail real estate career with the Leon A Katz brokerage firm in Jamaica, NY where he quickly learned the tools needed to become a successful real estate broker. While at the Katz organization he was instrumental in transacting more than 75 real estate deals with national chains such as McDonald’s Corp and International House of Pancakes.
Since then he has successfully transacted deals with countless other national and local retail chains. Nordstrom Department Stores, The Container Store, Darden Restaurant Group, CVS Drugs, Bank United, PNC Bank, Famous Footwear, Home Depot, Pathmark, Stop and Shop, Expo Design Centers, Marshall’s, TJ Maxx, Burger King, Wendy’s, Seven Eleven, Levitz Furniture, Office Max, Staples, Modell’s Sporting Goods, Sports Authority, Men’s WearHouse, Bed Bath and Beyond, Stouffer Restaurants, Jos. A. Bank Clothiers, Toys R US, and the GAP are just few of the national retail changes that he assisted
His knowledge and experience in retail real estate has enabled many retailers to open stores in “difficult to enter” markets in many regions along the east coast.
With a history of creating retail space from non-retail real estate, Anderson was the forerunner of adaptive re-use; a Bowling establishment became a family department store while another converted to and a toy store; Industrial space became a home improvement and design store; a research laboratory became a sporting goods store; a quarry became a Power Shopping Center and a distribution warehouse became a supermarket. During this process, Lawrence established himself as an innovator in creating retail real estate opportunities while developing a loyal following of retailers and developers.

JIMMY AUG | Principal
James Aug joined Sabre as principal to lead the growing New Jersey division. Aug has 30 years of retail real estate experience, including 20 years in New Jersey. He most recently was a senior vice president at the CB Richard Ellis New Jersey Retail Services Group. During his 20 years in New Jersey, Aug was responsible for the northern New Jersey rollout of such retailers as Circuit City, Sears Hardware, Sears Auto and The Great Indoors. Prior to establishing his own firm, Aug was a salesperson, broker and CEO of Garrick-Aug Store Leasing Inc., which was sold in 2005 to an investment company.
Aug is a graduate of The University of Vermont (Finance) and a lifelong Manhattanite. His passions include playing all sports, bonding with friends, and his summers in Fire Island with his wife Lise and their two children, Anika and Kieran.

CHRISTINA BARNETT | Executive Assistant to Jayson Siano
Christina joined Sabre in 2018. She works with the marketing team to create materials for a variety of clients and as executive assistant to Sabre founder and CEO, Jay Siano. Christina received her Bachelors of Science in Communications and minor in English from Farmingdale State College. When she’s not at work, Christina enjoys going to the gym, traveling with her fiancé Chris, and spending time with their dog Athena.

GINA BAXTER | Executive Vice President – Marketing + Operations
Gina Baxter has been with Sabre since its inception in 2011. As Vice President of Marketing and Operations, she oversees all marketing projects with her team in order to exceed our client’s expectations. She concentrates heavily on brand development and strategic initiatives to take Sabre to the next level. She is consistently strategizing and researching innovative ways to help grow brand awareness in the real estate world and beyond. Constantly studying the ever changing world of digital media, she keeps Sabre relevant and fresh through its growth. She combines her knowledge of marketing, as well as thoughtfulness and creativity when developing targeted marketing campaigns. As a perpetual problem solver, she focuses on the day-to- day management of the company and is committed to supporting innovation, best practices and the overall dynamic culture of Sabre. Prior to joining Sabre, Gina held the position of Retail Coordinator for the Long Island and Outer Boroughs retail teams at CB Richard Ellis. Her real estate career began in the new store development office of Starbucks Coffee Company, as well as interning at Winick Realty while she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing at the University of Connecticut.

KEN BRESLIN | Founder + Principal
In 1986, right out of college, Ken Breslin started working with his father Wilbur Breslin at Breslin Realty Development Corporation. Since then he has been admitted to the bar in the states of New York and New Jersey and is often referred to as the pioneer of the industry due to the precedent he has set through his exemplary real estate transactions. Breslin Realty was often referred to as “Breslin University” having produced some of the industry’s most influential real estate minds in the business today. In March 2011, Ken Breslin dissolved his brokerage company Breslin Realty Inc. to form Sabre Real Estate Group with Jayson Siano of CB Richard Ellis. For Mr. Breslin and Mr. Siano, it seemed to be perfect timing to start a company that would regenerate the retail real estate industry.

DEANNA CASTELLANO | Marketing Associate
Deanna is currently living in Queens and joined Sabre in 2016 as a Marketing Associate. She primarily focuses on creating marketing material for a variety of clients as well as managing social media and analyzing what works best for the Sabre brand. Previously, Deanna worked as an Assistant Manager at a Brooklyn real estate firm. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts from St. John’s University. In her spare time she enjoys designing marketing material for local businesses and spending time with family and friends.

BILLY DIAKAKIS | Associate
Billy joined Sabre as an associate in January 2018 and has been awarded the 2018 Sabre Rookie of The Year. Currently Billy is focusing on retail leasing in the Nassau County and Suffolk County Markets- both tenant and landlord representation. Billy graduated with his Bachelors in Biology from Binghamton University and then worked in building management for 5 years. Billy began his real estate career at Sabre and typically works with Fitness, Medical, Entertainment and Beauty clients. He’s recently closed deals with Mineola Fit Body Boot Camp, Massapequa Amazing Lash Studio, Baldwin American Thrift, and Manhasset Medmen. Prior to working with Sabre, Billy helped manage a large luxury Co-op building on the Upper West Side in Manhattan. Billy likes to take advantage of his weekends, in the winter you can always find him snowboarding, and in the summer you can find him at the beach!

STEVE DURAK | Senior Vice President
Steve is a successful entrepreneur having established a successful retail business in his home town of Bayonne as well as several residential real estate developments. He has over 25 years as a salesman and broker in northern New Jersey real estate, including 10 years with Paul Lawrence Associates / Levin Realty Services. Steve has completed transactions with Modell’s Sporting Goods, Walgreen’s Drug Store, Pep Boys Auto Parts, Office Max, and Home Depot.
STU FAGEN | Executive Vice President
Stuart Fagen is a 25 year industry veteran with a broad range of commercial real estate experience. He joined Sabre 2011 shortly after its inception, and continues to be involved in all sides of real estate transactions. However, it is the development side of the business that holds a special allure for him — the process by which he and a team of people can help to shape a community; taking an empty lot and transforming it into a vibrant commercial destination. Stuart grew up on Long Island and has been traversing 495 and the Northern State Parkway for decades. He is a former foodie turned fitness junkie who enjoys watching college sports, the NY Mets and the Brooklyn Nets. He currently resides in Commack along with his wife, two teenage sons, and two dogs.

KYLE FARLEY | Managing Director - National Accounts
Kyle Farley joined Sabre as a Director in 2018. Farley specializes in Landlord and Tenant Retail Leasing, but he considers himself to be an expert in food (both eating it and leasing it). Kyle received his Bachelors in Computer Science from Hofstra University and then began his real estate career learning the streets as a canvasser for RKF back in 2006. Prior to Sabre, Kyle spent over 12 years working in-house as a Landlord for Rosen Associates Management and Levin Management and for CBRE and RKF in retail brokerage. Kyle is extremely dedicated to everything he does and has closed deals with Bank of America, 7-11, Dig Inn, and Citi Bank throughout his career. Kyle is a diehard Yankee fan with a great sense of humor (but doesn’t always tell the best jokes). He loves spending time with his wife and High School Sweetheart, Lauren, he also has the 2 most amazing kids, Graelyn and Everett.

MARK GALLUCCI | Managing Director
Mark Gallucci, is an experienced broker with a comprehensive understanding of the Queens retail market. With over 11 years of experience and over 1/2 million square feet of retail leasing transactions, Mark’s extensive knowledge of retail leasing, his strong relationships in the Queens real estate community, and track record of transactions has helped Sabre to establish a major presence in the borough.
Prior to joining Sabre in 2013, he worked in property management for Baltimore based real estate developer The Cordish Company, as a Senior Leasing Associate for Los Angeles based Shopping Center developer NewMark Merrill Companies, and as Director of Retail Leasing of Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services.
Mark is a proud alum of Towson University, where he played for the football team. He currently lives in New Hyde Park with his wife Kristin.
RUSSEL HELBLING | Senior Vice President
Russel began his career in the commercial real estate business after realizing that the music industry was about to shift from profitability to the world of Napster and copyright infringement cases. Always having a passion for buildings, architecture and leaving his mark on the skyline, he decided to shift gears and enter the world of real estate. He began his career at Massey Knakal, focused on investment sales
in Queens, NY and quickly realized that he was most interested in the retail asset class. After a successful tenure at Massey Knakal, Russel decided to take the leap into retail leasing to learn the inner workings of that side of the business.
Three months into his retail career, Russel found himself representing one of the most active and sought after retailers in the world, Starbucks Coffee. Through hard work, tenacity and a never give up attitude, Russel took that opportunity and has ran with it. To date, he has been involved in nearly 100 transactions with the company in both Long Island and Northern New Jersey. The education he received working with Starbucks has transformed his career and Russel has emerged as one of the top tenant rep brokers in his markets handling the strategic roll out plans for honeygrow, Wendy’s Hamburgers, Hillstone, Del Frisco’s Grill, Bareburger, Burgerfi, c2 Education and many others. His tenant knowledge has lead his expanding reach and territory, now handling national brand roll outs through the US for many emerging brands.
Equally as active on the Landlord side, Russel has been involved in numerous ground up development leasing assignments in Long Island and the Outer Boroughs of NYC, assisting landlords in their merchandizing of their retail components of their developments. He is currently responsible for the leasing of nearly 1.0 Million SF of retail space.
A lifelong New Yorker, Russel lives in Forest Hills with his wife Jana and daughter Talia. A foodie who loves to eat out and cook new recipes, Russel is also an avid photographer who loves to explore his city as well as other around the world. In the summer you will find him at the beach with his family or on the golf course and during the winter you can find him in Vermont snowboarding or sitting by a fire roasting marshmallows.
KATRINA IPPOLITI | Marketing Associate
Katrina joined Sabre in 2018. She primarily focuses on creating marketing materials for a variety of clients as well analyzing what will enhance Sabre’s brand. Katrina received her Bachelors in Marketing and Business Administrations from St. Joseph’s College in Patchogue, NY.
JUSTIN KORINIS | Principal
Justin became part of the Sabre team in 2016. In his eleven-year career in commercial real estate brokerage, Justin has had experience in various types of transactions across multiple asset classes. He specializes in several facets of retail real estate, including tenant representation, landlord representation, and property acquisition and disposition. He has represented such national tenants as Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza, Bloomin’ Brands, California Tortilla, JP Morgan Chase Bank, FedEx Office, Mighty Quinn’s BBQ, Skechers, Sleepy’s/Mattress Firm, TGI Friday’s, Urban Plates, Wendy’s and Zinburger and has assisted many of them in developing their expansion strategies in New Jersey and the Tri-State Area. Justin has also represented a number of property owners in various development and lease transactions, including properties in both urban and suburban downtowns as well as all types of shopping centers.
Justin, graduated Connecticut College with a B.A. in Philosophy. Shortly after returning home to NJ, he found his passion for real estate and never looked back. Outside of work, Justin spends his time with his dynamic wife, Krista, and animated son, Nixon. He enjoys an active lifestyle including snowboarding, surfing, and wakeboarding. As an avid lacrosse player for over twenty years, Justin can often be found on a lacrosse field, including participation in a number of tournaments throughout the country. NICK LAFFIN | Associate
Nick joined Sabre in October 2018, as a retail leasing associate. Recently graduating from Ohio State University with a BA in Operations Management and Real Estate, Nick then began his career right here at Sabre! Throughout his college career, he interned at Molloy Bros Moving & Storage as a Customer Care Rep. Nick takes pride in being gritty, whimsical, diligent, and electric like JT. He is also vertically-gifted, which has helped him win back to back national championship titles in collegiate volleyball and receive an invitation to the White House to be honored for this accomplishment.
SAM MARELLA | Marketing Associate
Samantha joined Sabre in 2018. She primarily focuses on creating marketing materials for a variety of clients as well as managing social media and public relations to elevate Sabre’s brand. Samantha received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administrations from Monmouth University. Previously, Samantha has participated in a number of internship programs including: studying abroad in Florence, Italy, a Summer Transportation Internship Program for Diverse Groups in Washington D.C., and marketing and leadership programs at Walt Disney World. In her spare time she enjoys drinking coffee, practicing yoga, traveling and spending time with her friends and her younger sister, Robyn.

Brittany joined Sabre’s Digital Media and Marketing team in 2018. She is a talented videographer and editor and has been working closely with the team to elevate Sabre’s social and digital presence.
JILL-ANN PAINTER | Director of National Accounts
Jill-ann’s 24-year real estate career has been focused on retail and restaurants. She has worked with powerhouse brands like Starbucks, Sprint, Church’s Chicken, and multiple startups. Jill-ann (Jac, to those who know her) has worked across the United States and in over 30 countries around the world. In addition to her extensive deal-making experience, Jill-ann brings to the table in-depth knowledge in strategy and analysis as well as internal process and tool development.

SEAN PYLE | Associate
Sean Pyle graduated in May 2016 from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelors degree in communications and a minor in business. Prior to joining Sabre, Sean interned with Cushman and Wakefield’s Capital Markets group where he developed skills in market research by underwriting proposals, presentations, and offering memorandums. Currently, Sean is working with Sabre’s New Jersey team on their various leasing accounts while learning the ins and outs of New Jersey’s retail trade areas.
DINA SANTARELLI | Director
After graduating from Long Island University with an MBA in Management, Dina worked at Mikasa for 10 years in their Real Estate Department. She was responsible for site selection to grow their real estate portfolio throughout the United States and Canada. This career path gave her the tools, insight and experience to become a retail broker in the next chapter of her professional life.
Dina enjoys working on both the landlord and tenant side as well as working on development deals. She is truly passionate about real estate on all levels…understanding a client’s needs, researching new concepts and exploring new markets.
She was born and raised in Bergen County. She’s a hard core foodie…loves cooking, Whole Foods, eating out and trying new places. As a dog lover, she has a 13 year old Maltese named Stella. Sedona, Arizona is her happy place!
JAYSON SIANO | Founder + Managing Principal
Jayson Siano formed Sabre Real Estate Group with Kenneth Breslin of Breslin Realty in March 2011. Mr. Siano was recognized as retail broker of the year in 2012. He is responsible for the entrance and development of many national brands into the New York Metro area. Prior to forming Sabre, Jayson was hired in 2006 by CB Richard Ellis to create and direct their Long Island & Outer Boroughs retail offices. In 2008 Mr. Siano cofounded the Retail Network; which has quickly grown into one of the industry’s leading networking organizations, contributing generous donations to many charitable causes throughout New York.

GEORGE SKALIARINIS | Senior Associate
George Skaliarinis graduated from Baruch College with a degree in finance & investments. After interning with a property management firm, he wished to transition to the retail leasing division of real estate. Joining Sabre in 2015, working beside Managing Director Mark Gallucci, George rapidly strengthened his knowledge of the Queens retail market and expanded his reach into Brooklyn & Manhattan. Helping tenants procure great real estate locations to yield successful businesses and assisting landlords to achieve maximum potential for there properties is what George takes pride in most.
KIM WALTON | Database Manager
Kim became a part of the Sabre team in November 2017! Previously an account manager at Ripco for 18 years, Kim brings her Knowledge and experience to Sabre as the teams’ accounting and database manager. Kim’s hardworking and determined personality has allowed her to accomplish many things in life, including: obtaining her real estate license, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from SUNY Old Westbury, and a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College.
