Meagan is the head of STUDIO. She operates as the end-to-end lead: strategist, content creator, copywriter, storyteller, community manager, and creative director all in one. She ensures that every client engagement is executed from concept to posting. Meagan founded Social Up, a social media strategy and management agency, and spent a decade as both a Senior Master Coach at [solidcore] and a performer Off-Broadway. Holding attention has always been the job. Now she brings that instinct and a sharp understanding of what makes people stop, care, and ACT, to STUDIO.

Advises STUDIO's fitness, wellness, and hospitality clients on brand positioning, partnership strategy, and content, informed by a decade running Sweats & The City, where Dale built an engaged wellness audience and brand partnerships from scratch.

Entrepreneur, commercial real estate strategist, and wellness industry leader based in New York. Over two decades he's played a transformative role in the growth of iconic brands, from Chipotle and Starbucks to Orangetheory, [solidcore], Y7, European Wax Center, Equinox/Blink, Barry's, Sweat440, SWTHZ, and Pura Vida.

Jenny spent the first chapter of her career teaching fitness, including a run at SoulCycle and now at The Class, before realizing what actually obsessed her wasn't the workout. It was how a room feels the second someone walks into it. That instinct now drives Rose Studios, where she does graphic design, production, retreat coordination, and creative consulting for wellness entrepreneurs. She still teaches and shares that side of her work on social media. Off the clock: a music nerd always up for a live show, rarely without an almond milk cappuccino. With a decade in digital media production and photography, Brittany specializes in content creation, photo and video production, social media strategy, and brand development.

A marketing and advertising graduate of Long Island University with a passion for entrepreneurship that led him to launch his first business. Sean is focused on building diverse experience toward a career in advertising.
