As President of SABRE, he leads the firm’s NY Metro and national brokerage operations. Having completed hundreds of transactions across retail, mixed-use, and single-tenant/ground-lease assets, Justin focuses on site selection, leasing strategy, and portfolio optimization for both property owners and brick-and-mortar brands. He is recognized as a thought leader for his work in both brand expansion and placemaking, achieving increased traffic, stabilized occupancy, and long-term value. Justin is an active member of ICSC. He lives in New Jersey with his wife, Krista, and their children, Nixon and Emerson.
