SABRE Business Consulting

Optimize what works.
Scale what’s proven.

Growth does not fix operational gaps. It multiplies them. SABRE Business Consulting works alongside fitness and wellness founders and leadership teams to make a proven concept replicable: the team, systems, and strategy to open new markets without losing what defines the brand.

Scope of the work

Scale exposes the gaps you know about, and the ones you don’t.

The assessment names them first. Six areas define the scope; where the work lands depends on what it finds.

Organization & team

Optimize the team for where the business is going.

Not for where it is today. Structure, ownership and accountability set against the expansion plan.

  • HQ and city-level ownership
  • Labor model optimization
  • Hiring strategy for key roles
Operations & replication

Every new market opens from a proven system.

Document and strengthen what already works, then hold it consistent as unit count multiplies.

  • SOP and playbook review
  • Consistency across markets
  • Unit-level performance visibility
Marketing & customer journey

Word of mouth stops carrying new markets.

Strengthen the engine that brings customers in as competition increases, first touch through repeat visit.

  • Local strategy vs. national brand
  • Channel mix and paid strategy
  • Booking, CRM, automations
Franchise decision support

Corporate growth and franchising are two businesses.

An honest evaluation of the model: economics, timing, operational readiness, and whether it makes sense at all.

  • Model economics and timing
  • Pros and pitfalls, first-hand
  • Overall franchise strategy
Financial strategy & capital

Numbers that hold up in front of investors.

Unit economics, pricing and the P&L pressure-tested before growth depends on them, then packaged for the capital that funds it.

  • Proformas and unit economics
  • Pricing and P&L review
  • Capital raise and investor readiness
Real estate alignment

Expansion runs as one coordinated process.

Led by the SABRE Real Estate team, engaged separately. Unit economics and build-out standards flow directly into site selection, LOI negotiation and delivery.

  • Market prioritization
  • Site selection and LOI
  • Build-out standards
The engagement
Assessment to execution

Findings are the easy part. Execution is the engagement.

One consulting relationship, delivered in two phases. Findings are worth nothing without execution, so the second phase is the longer one.

The assessment covers every pillar and function of the business, including an on-site visit. It ends in a findings review and a prioritized action plan, not a report.

Implementation runs on regular working sessions with clear action items and accountability, plus full access to the SBC network of operators, specialists and partners.
